DESCRIPTION
We've created a work jacket using the same fabric as our popular AFTERGLOW PANTS,
so you can wear them as a set.
The design is based on a traditional work jacket.
However, to avoid it looking too much like "workwear,"
we've meticulously adjusted the silhouette, collar, and pocket balance.
You can wear it casually like a work jacket,
or depending on how you style the collar and what you pair it with,
it can be worn like a regular jacket, offering a 2-way design.
Wear it as everyday attire over a T-shirt or sweatshirt.
Pair it with a shirt or knitwear,
and it can even be used as slightly casual workwear.
We aimed to create a piece that isn't solely "workwear"
but blends seamlessly into various everyday situations.
For the stitching, we've adopted the triple-needle stitch, characteristic of workwear.
This not only adds a visual accent
but also provides durability and allows you to enjoy the evolving texture as it's worn.
The fabric is a moderately thick twill material.
We use left-hand twill fabric,
which tightens the threads with repeated wear,
and a distinctive feature is that the twill lines become more pronounced.
As you wear it, the fabric's appearance and texture change,
gradually making it uniquely yours.
Just like the pants, we chose a fabric that allows you to enjoy such aging.
Pair it with the matching AFTERGLOW PANTS for a set-up.
Of course, it also works well as a stand-alone jacket.
For workdays and days off alike.
